I dont think Arango, Fortune or Atouba will be Celtic players either.

I thought it was a starting 11 , not the best 2 players for every position.

    ........................Boruc

    Hinkel.....Caldwell....Loovens....(new left back)

    .......Brown.......Crosas.......Koren

    McDonald........Fletcher.........McGeady

Can't think of any realistic targets for left back , im sure mogga will have something up his sleeve.
Koran is a player at wba who suits his style of play. Skillful player , good vision/passing etc...

Did Caddis play as right winger at DU?

I'm sure he did yeah, he's played there for us before as well - and on the left. People go on about Driver's pace but Caddis is no slouch.

Good thing about the 3 behind McDonald is they have pace and skill and can change positions.

AND they are all Celtic Academy Bhoys

So we have another option for our wingers along with reserves McCourt, McGinn, Mizuno and Flood. I'm looking forward to see how Caddis plays in hoops. But, I'd take Driver as well.

It's a good thought for 3 behind Skippy, but I doubt that Mowbray would choose this formation. Obviously we're in chase for another striker.

He played a 4-5-1 type formation often enough at WBA.

The midfield seems awful lightweight and not the most defensive, but they can all play which is what he wants.

Hope he does put 4-5-1 in force. I believe that results would improve a lot if he starts using this formation.

Well it leaves Skippy to hold the ball up and score the majority of our goals (as he did last year).
Only this time instead of having a fairly useless partner, he will have another creative player behind him.

based on what we have right now:

    ......................Boruc......................
    Hinkel.....Caldwell.....Loovens.....O'Dea
    Mizuno....Brown.......Crosas.......Mcgeady
    ...........Maloney.....Samaras..............

i know sammy isn't a popular choice but i think he plays well along side maloney, a game at the start of the season (cant remember who it was against right now) and the two of them were paired together up front and played well off of each other and i dont think that mcdonalds way of playing suits sammy but i think maloneys does. dont get me wrong i dont think sammy is good enough and i want a new striker but as a partnership up front i think these two would be best that we have just now.
