I just spoke to Lenny the Whooper Swan who is currently residing near Kingussie as we speak and he said" Only our cousins the Mutes are said to be owned by the Queen but they all cannot stand her!":56:

I've got a brother-in-law who, years ago, would look out for big fat Pigeons, so he could catch them for his dinner.

There used to be a hedgehog would come every night to back garden it would eat the crumbs that fell from the bird feeder, it was quite big and the only hedgehog I’ve ever actually seen, haven’t seen it for the last couple of years :55:

Caught a moose this morning in my humane trap, but couldn't be bothered taking it outside to release it, so threw it down the pan. Didn't flush away the 1st time so started to pee on it's heid. Wee * was looking up at me wondering why. It looked livid.
Well, it still counts as wildlife dosent it ?

Looking into my back garden, I saw 2 Starlings. One then lay flat on the ground, spread it's wings, then the other one got close. The first one then mounted the second one. I was watching a mating ritual. Never seen that with Starlings before.
