So sorry to hear that BFL. It sounds like costochondritis which is so painful. I got it after my father in law tried to kill me. (Walked off when I was coming down ladder and I fell straight down on ribs). Aul bassa. You'll just have to give it time...you will get better.

    Spoiler Alert!!!

Actually, I'll swear the wee robin was challenging me to a staring contest earlier today. Sat on the rowan tree and looked me right in the eye as I was getting ready to take his picture.

Johnie, we have always had blackbirds in the garden though this year we were inundated with them eating the apples. There are definitely more robins about too. There are a couple in the garden, in the street, in the park, everywhere we go. That one this morning just sat on the rowan and looked right into the kitchen. Sat for ages.

That's because it knows you're going to feed it :56:I had a few used to do the same with me. It was constant during nesting season. I literally went through dozens of pkts of sultanas over the years. They used to tap the kitchen window and even came through the french doors on occasion. I don't know where the saying bird brain comes from because I've never came across a daft one :56:In the winter I had all the fat ball and seed feeders and what a mess they made of my lovely borders :56:
