    Scotia I am so buzzing about what you've said and that you've remembered my pictures, do you remember when I first started posting about putting the bird feeders up (in the early days when I didn't post much) we had a laugh about charging the birds dig money cause it cost us a small fortune through the winter :56:and I mind us two weirdos just having a laugh, thank you :49:

    @An Madadh Rua seen a wee blackbird rustling about in the leaves and stuff this morning and thought red would love that tried to get closer but he was on to me so no luck, it's the thought that counts :50:

    BFL, thanks for the thought. I love seeing them rustle about in the leaves. Did you notice the way they do it? Fascinating. They sort of flick left to right with their heads cocked to the side. Class to see. I take it that it was the male? (Hardly ever see female do it in our garden).

    I went out for a walk early this morning before the sun was fully up, it was a beautiful cold fresh morning, I noticed the Blackbirds were very active in their foraging among the leaf litter.
