Great pictures Dav and BFL. What a day to be alive. There's no feeling to compare to beating the Huns at anytime but in a cup final. .. :36:

I have no pics but on my other phone I have a picture of a ghost. Too scary to show.

Ambling along the Lagan en route to an impromptu celebratory latte with our youngest, saw two periscope heads (seals) about 100 yards apart. One was much smaller and darker in colour, presumably the pup. Seemed that they were looking for each other. Great sight on a lovely day.

Mrs AMR took me off the defibrillator at about 11pm. But it was worth every stomach churning, heart thumping minute to see Broony lift that cup. Felt for our youngest daughter, texted me during the game saying she was "a big ball of anxiety". What a win. :party22:

Cracking photos in here :celt_2: Saw a wee squirrel going crazy along the wall and up the trees outside my mums window at the nursing home. I will try to get a wee video of it next time I'm in. On the way to the home we saw a Pheasant strolling along the road......stupid big bugga looking to get knocked down :56:

Johnie, checked with Bird Watch Ireland. Apparently, there are two species of robins in Ireland, erithacus rubecula hunus - the rounder, less mobile and ungainly specimen and the erithacus rubecula timus, the more slender, athletic, elegant and attractive specimen. Numbers of the former are dwindling with the latter soon to predominate across the whole country. :celt_2:

I saw a Red squirrel last week at work . Today I headed South . I saw about 40 swans on the river Earn's floodwater . A couple of Buzzards at different points , a Heron flying along the route of a stream and my first sighting of a Fox for many years . It was near the railway between Paisley and Glasgow . Also saw some Magpies , an unusual bird for me to spot .

    Where was the red squirrel?

tends to be just a couple of pockets in N England and the Highlands..... lovely wee things !

I have foxes farting around the garden most nights. My mum has a regular visitor fox... it sits in her garden waiting for left overs...

..... had magpies nesting in my garden this summer (in a tree ... not the shed or anything)
