Might need to watch that again.

By all accounts it's a classic but it did nothing for me either. Much like No Country for Old Men. Seen that twice and I don't understand why it's so highly thought of.

No Country for Old Men I found pretty bad, probably the only film I've ever watched without an ending.

I turned There Will Be Blood off after 40 mins, although it felt like 3 hours.

Zoolander is a good shout, have no idea how people find it funny, same with Step Brothers.

Kick-* and The Mummy Returns I think are good films.

Most of the Horror Films my Misses gets me to watch on Netflix are the worst films I've ever had to endure. So * boring that I'm usually sleeping within the first half hour. Tbh though I think the vast majority of Films on Netflix are pish

I found Stepbrothers funny the first time I watched it then watched it again with a mate and didn't laugh once. Think I had a drink in me the first time though

The Scary movie franchise and most similar spoof ones. They've got nothing on the older ones like Airplane, Monty Python and Blazing Saddles for example.

Loved both No country for old men and there will be blood.

Haven't watched a film that I thought was awful in a good while, I'm usually careful when picking what to watch. Did watch interstellar in the cinema though and was majorly underwhelmed, just not my type of film.

    The people that mentioned

    Grand Budapest Hotel
    There Will Be Blood
    No Country For Old Men
    Zoolander

    Trance
    The Grey
    Kick-*

You just shouldn't be allowed to watch films, or at the very least have an opinion on them. The first four are fantastic films, proper, will be around forever they're that good, films. The second batch of three are very good films for their time and genre.

The Grey was pish in my opinion. Kick * is probably one of my favourite comic book movies.

I love Gosling and Refn but I haven't watched that yet. Apparently it was booed and given a standing ovation at Cannes. :smiley-laughing002: Visually, it looks as stylish as *, as you'd expect.

I'd have Zoolander in the second batch but you're right. They're nowhere close to being the worst films around and if they're the worst you've seen, particularly the top three, you're doing well. :smiley-laughing002:

It is, it looks and sounds spectacular. It's not for people who need the plot spelled out for them in their films. It's like he combined the flashy neon style of Drive with the wilfully obscure, complete lack of expository dialogue on Valhalla Rising.

Interstellar? * me. The ambition of Nolan's filmmaking alone there deserves admiration. It's visually stunning, it's epic in scale, the story is pretty engaging and the performances are reasonable enough for it to hold up thematically. It's not even close to being a bad movie, let alone one of the worst ever.

I wouldn't consider it near the worst I've seen, just one recently that I watched and was disappointed with given the hype surrounding it. May watch it again as soms of it probably went over my head.

The actual worst film I ever watched was either Black Sheep or The Men Who Stare at Ghosts. Turned Anchorman off after about 30 mins as well, not funny a all.
