He should take a few penalties to make sure he gets to it :giggle1:

I don't remember the last time he took one for us (if ever?).

Missed one at Hampden against Dundee United (I think?) Had a row with someone beforehand about who’d take it.

    Guidetti? Didn't he score it?

Maybe I'm thinking of another player

Did McLeish actually not start him?! :56:

Should just focus on club and * that national team, no offence to any Scots here who support them, but it's a proper waste of time playing for that team. 24 spots available for these next Euros and they're never making it.

League Cup Final, Guidetti was designated taker but Forrest won the pen, grabbed the ball and missed :56:

If it works out right Forrest could enter Celtic top 20 in appearances against huns at Celtic park. It would mean he would have to make an appearance, whether as starter or substitute in almost every match until then.

I just keep thinking what would have been if he hadnt been sidelined and had a horrendous run of injuries .I played over 4 decades at a much lower level and on some of the west coast cinder pitches and against some right hard boys.Got put through a wooden fence and that was a highland training match.Through all that had one cartilage injury and that was probably my fault. How he could be dogged with so much bad luck is beyond me.Still I think he is there to the end now.

Where some of his injury spells not attributed to him driving his car from and back to Ayrshire? Shows you how small margins can be.

Elite athletes are exactly that and it's almost impossible to compare their fitness and injury record against "serious" athletes.
