Who would be your replacement for Ronny?

i don't care as long as whoever it is can get the team organised - mainly when it comes to defending.
And as long as they have the savy to know when he needs to change formation/tatics or certain players.
For example if he was playing away from home in europe against a counter attacking side and he openly acknowledged that this team was a counter attacking side during the press conference . Then i would be hoping he could pick a team and tactics to deal with a counter attacking side.


To play almost the exact same way - if it is home,away , domestic , Europe , man down , man up , losing , is going to get us know where.

We need a man who can sniff out danger and change it. See a player struggling, see a weakness in the opposition and change our play to take advantage of it.

As much as i like him i just don't think ronny has it yet.

Strachan was the last manager we've had that could manage in this way imo

 

Id rather Ronnie Deilas Mrs was in charge rather than Collins!

 

I still like Ronny.

If he goes I can see it being stubbs who I dont want, would like a takin or montella etc but that will nevee happen we are nowhere near as big as we were or should be imo

 

HE might be a hun, but hes done a tremendous job at hearts, Robbie Neilson. Or maybe Davie moyes. It would surely be hard to find some one as tactically hopeless as Ronny.

 

Moyes and Stubbs as number 2

 

Moyes, Rodgers or Clarke.

That's all i want too. Not some big name, high profile, £1m a year manager... just a * manager, and not a coach (like unfortunately it's turning out is all Ronny is...)

Be a shame to lose Ronny from the setup though. Just can't see any way to keep him/he'll stay if not as first team manager.

 

I would stick with Ronny. But if we were looking, Marcelo Bielsa.

 

Felix Magath, Walter Mazzari, Miguel Herrera...

 

I've got a funny feeling Robbie Neilson could be a candidate.

Rodgers or Moyes would be ideal ... Realistically though we can expect Stubbs, Keane or John Collins taking over

 

Garry Monk is a good shout. I think we could get him as well.
