    * to hear amigo. I still fill up thinking about my legend of a dog who was put to sleep about 10 year ago. Had the in-laws lose one too a couple years back that was brutal too.

Good to hear you are thinking about her though and not wanting her to suffer. Just wish so much they could speak sometimes and tell us how they’re doing!?

Hopefully the meds do the trick and give you a fair whack more time yet :50: mon the dugs!

i still get a wee tear in my eye when I remember me and dad having to take Patch our 17year old Jack Russell to be put down. He had athritis and other problems and he was in pain so it was the right thing to do. He was such a big part of me and my brother's childhood, and even though it was years ago I still miss wee Patch, would love to get another wee dog someday but as me and my daughter work full time it wouldn't be fair but hopefully in the future

That's brilliant, I remember my mum telling me about a dog that used to visit the wards a few years ago when she spent some time in hospital, she and the other patients loved it, definitely made a difference to her well being

Lola, my mums springer spaniel. She’s a wee ball of energy. Never stops running. Had her out for a walk she runs through all the thorn bushes up the hills with her nose down constantly. She came back covered in blood and scratches looking for rabbits. She doesn’t even blink an eyelid.

My Ruby Boxer has damaged one of her Dew Claws very recently which is causing her a bit of discomfort,i have of course bathed it and put some Sudocrem on it.Of course if it does not get better it will be a trip to Doctor Vet.This happened to to my late Boxer Jasmine several times back in the day and this system worked every time so fingers crossed. But it is always upsetting to me when this happens though far from rare.

Bumped into a right * couple today,in their early 60s i would guess, anyway to cut a longish story short,Ruby went up to them in her usual playful mode, not jumping up just saying a loving fun hello, they were rude to her and me,acting like she was a crazed Wolf or something.
I said straight away she is only playing and i will put her on her lead, but they waved their arms like morons shouting that dog is scarey and needs to be under control.I soon had her on her lead and then i said if you do not like dogs do not * come up here and everybody else she has said hello to has warmed to her.
I would not mind but in my big wooded Hilly grass and Gorseland local patch for 90% of the time she is on her lead,we only play in one quiet area, anyway after one last rude line from the 2 prize arseholes i said they like many other humans they need control and once again just * off and do not come back! I have never seen them up here, they may be staying in one of the holiday homes in the Village where my local is?
Anyway it is largely * head free zone up here and everybody gets on,all the dogs know each other and the owners of course as well as walkers and lots of friendly visitors and the dogs all vary in the way they play, just the odd * appears that we all dread.

Couple from yesterday. He usually doesn’t like water but was into the lake to fetch a few sticks. :)
