Thin and crispy meat feast pizza from the Co/op.
Chicken Catalan(from the butchers),mash,carrots n spinach.
Pork Chops Chips and Gravy with Veg.
Roast Beef Dinner with some neat trimmings. Fine Claret riding Shotgun with lager escort.
PS Ruby Roo will without doubt take in interest in the Roast Beef when it is cooking,just a bit
I was going to go with potted venison and port with a wild mushroom and truffle jus but in the end went with cottage pie instead.
Pan fried sockeye salmon topped with a homemade bruschetta.
I had a pesto chicken pasta with lots of veg in it, and lots of cheese grated on top. A packet of salt n vinegar walkers after it.
A chicken vindaloo to try and clear this * cold.
Spag Bol. With Grapefruit Juice riding shotgun,Bhoy I am a true * raiser!!
Toss up between paupiette of sole with curried chowder and braised baby gem and chicken and chorizo pasta bake and the pasta bake won.
Was tempted to make lifafa mushrooms in a puff pastry shell with spinach, roasted tomato and sesame chutney but opted for chicken curry and pasta.
Mince and tatties with carrots and gravy and all that good stuff.
Chicken en croute, mash and brocolli.
Potato dopheeeeeeeeeeeeenonze with fish and garden peaz.
And a Glasgow salad........... ( chips )
Love dolphin nose potatoes, amazing.
One thing I’ve never made myself from scratch.
Have you tried the deluxe ones oot the Lidl ? they are amazing, can also get em with brocoli
