    Just ordered a donner hoagie for collection at my local indians. I'm not even hungry. I don't even like hoagies.

    But I'm skint and a greedy fat * so a hoagie it is.

    Life is depressing. Donner hoagie is a kind of awrite for the night horror for the morra type deal.

    Chicken breast done in paprika , ground chili garlic a touch of ground black pepper , butter spread over the chicken breast , mushrooms washed and diced and put along side the chicken, a tablespoon of butter and spread over all . Loosely folding over the tin foil , place in oven for 45 mins with the oven turned on . Small baby potatoes, washed but not peeled boil them till ready, drain water off , turn off hot plate place the pan on the hob plat to dry the water off add a * off butter and allow to melt into the potatoes. Place all on a hot plate and crack open a bottle of white wine

    Nice, you should fry the mushrooms in White wine and butter Before put em in..othewise this is a nice dish:)

    So is that a 5 min fry then put in the oven with the chicken?? or put in the oven seperate ??

    To get the full flavor is fry them and add them after the rest is done in the oven, like a garniture
