    Loads of recipes online.

    Mines are tailored towards my macros i.e. Needing more fat.

    So mines make 4 bars.

    120g double cream
    100g chocolate protein powder
    120g smooth peanut butter

    Mix in a bowl, flatten in a Tupperware dish then sit in fridge to set.

    Actually not too far from the finished product.

    Because 65% of my daily calorie intake comes from fats and 30% protein

    Eating fat and restricting your carbohydrate intake switches your body over from using glycogen (stored glucose) as it's primary source of energy to using fat instead.
