Went out and had a chicken curry. Cheesecake for dessert.

I worked in a fishmongers for a couple of years after leaving school and mackerel was without a doubt the most vile smelling fish we sold.

I never follow a curry with a dessert. Not sure why, but it just seems odd.

Aye I'm well aware that oily fish is good for you but I've never been a fan.

I worked in a fishmongers for two years and the only fish I like are haddock/cod, oysters and pickled mussels :giggle1:

I love white fish, but have a phobia almost of bones. I have to do an extra fillet prior to cooking. Ends up in bits! :56:

A good fishmonger will 99% guarantee your white fish is bone free.

    Ask for an angel cut.

Aye i get the guys at Morrisons to fillet it sometimes, but never asked for an angel cut, will give it a try.

I still run my fingers over it before cooking!!

Rarely cook what we catch as we never have the time,it's usually just pizzas or pre cooked meals shoved in the oven.I do take shellfish home and cook it properly where I got time, speciality right now is lobster thermadore, takes an hour and half prep and cooking though.
