    Usually go to bed around 11pm and wake up at 8am during the week, but at the weekend usually up till about 7am at least, pay for it when back at work Monday, Tuesday though. :giggle1:

    I'm usually in bed by 11pm most nights sometimes earlier, up for my shifts 5.30am three sometimes four days a week, days off I'm up no later than 9am, works for me

    Watched GOT last night at midnight, then watched Avengers Endgame so didn't get to bed till about 5AM then got up about 11:20 this morning, just had lunch now feeling a lil sleepy again, back to bed soon for a little light Star Trek reading and a snozzle till the Under 20's game at 6:40 the night.

    I sleep when I am tired, I don't have a fixed/regular pattern, always depends on my pain levels and the amount of sleep I had the previous evening/night.

    Usually go to bed about midnight. If I have to get the train into work I have to be up for 07:20 to catch the 07:51. If I am working from home I will get up between 7:00 and 07:30 usually to do half an hour of exercise or so before I log on. If I have been on the * the night before and I don't have to go in the office I will give the gym a miss but get up around the same time.
