He served his time at the club. Fans were sad to see him go but never bitter. He'd done his job and I think he knows that.

EDIT: Never mind, misread this as Larsson.

I'd imagine Lennon regretted going to Bolton, but I think leaving Celtic was probably the right decision for him.

I'd imagine Lennon definitely regrets leaving.

Look how much he was putting himself out there to get the job again before Brendan got it.

Celtic was/is always going to be the biggest club Lennon could ever manage.

He could however have bided his time instead of jumping at the Bolton job which was clearly doomed from the start.

I don't think Lenny would regret leaving, just regret that he had to. Think he'll still agree that he made the right decision, at the right time, due to the circumstances at the club.

And with the backing we've no put into the club, from the managers wages to the decision to break the wage structure, to funds being promised to the man in charge, it looks like Lawwell and Desmond would agree with him as well.

Kelvin Wilson, was homesick if I remember right but he had an excellent last season with us then went to Notts Forrest and now playing for Rotheram, he must regret leaving us a bit. Though we got Virgil in so didn't bother us.

Sanchez Broto, tried to get more wages knowing he was having a bit of a run in the team, added to the fact our other keeper was a brickie.

One of the most incredible turnarounds I've witnessed. Always forget about him.

I thought he was a donkey after the 11/12 season, then he excelled for the most part second time around. I remember people talking of England call ups ffs.

We got a good deal though if I remember correctly, sure he went for £2m or so after signing for * all.

I heard big Paul Elliott say he wished he had stayed for a couple more seasons.
Also Wee Jackie McNamara was treated poorly by the board and had been pushed into a corner.

Settled in great for the 12/13 season, him and Efe formed a great partnership and yeah worked out well in the end getting money back for nothing and getting Virgil in.

Was absolutely gutted when Jackie McNamara left, that's when I realised my heros from my younger days were all moving on and wouldn't be around for ever.

I loved Jackie as well. It's a shame he left on such a sour note. He worked his way into O'Neills side and was a bit of a stalwart for us.

We could have used him in Strachans first season, too. Telfer and Camara were our full-backs that season.
