Does Sinclair make it?

Bain has better distribution, but Gordon is a better reflex shot stopper.

Lustig’s recent form is making a few eat their words.

Are the short-term solutions Benkovic and Boyata stifling Ajer’s development?

Christie has seized his chance.

McGregor is excelling with the game being played in front of him. Ntcham struggles for consistency but on his day is so so good. Is it the end of Broonie?

Fully fit Griff or the exciting Edouard?

Leaving Brown out is tough, specially as you want just the one team and not one for Europe/Domestic.
Griffiths just edges it over Edouard for consistency overall. But on his day - or perhaps with some consistency as he matures - Edouard will eventually take over.

Though Christie's certainly starting to make a case and Brown might be in for certain games. But in general I think that's our best side.

 

I’m finding it really difficult to fit Brown, McGregor, Ntcham and Rogic all in there as Sinclair is the only option for the left hand side imo. So one has to drop out to accommodate that.

All that team is missing is a RB to challenge lustig and a fit striker to challenge Edouard

And a GK who can do everything the modern game requires..

 

I would love a new GK but I think we're stuck with Gordon atm

when you ask that question people are always gonna go with tried and trusted which is understandable but.....


it hasnt exactly been working that well for us so far this season due to a variety of reasons i think

this thread has that air of a resistance to the change we have developed and found great form through using with the 2 younger guys at center midfield

i think like it or not we are in transition

our best and most able center forward is gone leaving us with not one that is allround good enough yet ! our best centre back fell out with the club and will leave for next to nothing unless a miracle happens ! our rock in midfield looks to be winding down and thats before you talk about gordon, lustig, benkovic a loanee

best team atm for me is the one that's played the last week without a doubt
