What Has You Most Excited for the Rest of the Season?

We all know their’s the prospect of the Treble Treble but ouwith that, I’m looking forward to seeing a bit of freshness about the team now we have a lot more options further forward.

Some exciting play to come back into the team, get Rogic back from International duty, Eddy back from Injury, oor Griff starting to train again.

A young different option in Bayo, a different big powerful option in Burke on the wing, Timothy Weah looks a chip off the old block...

So, what’s exciting you the most for the rest of the season?

Nah, alot of what is stated above, going forna treble treble is phenomenal. Even though theyre only loans, Burke and Weah definitely add freshness and competition. Valencia excites me too.

Also the look on Slippys face when we destroy them in March

 

Not too bothered with the treble TREBLE if we do it great, but an 8th league title would continue our sequence of titles and be 2 away from immortality.

Looking forward to Weah and Edouard combo of movement pace and finishing , hopefully Burke and Bayo add as well. And there's still 10 days left of the window to go .....

Weirdly, I’ve not put much thought into the Valencia game, sure I’ll be buzzing when it comes though.

• Possibility of Gordon finally being dropped for good, unlikely i know, but Bain's performance the other day helps a lot.
• Two up front again, a pairing of edouard and weah is really exciting, and if we get Maja then him and bayo will be perfect rotations
• How we look with a new, settled RB. Worst case scenario that's ralston, best case it's a new signing
• The continuation of Chrstie, Mcgregor and Rogic in midfield, i think brown still has a part but we've looked the most exciting with these three and i think rodgers has learned his lesson about stupid rotations and will use our best midfield.

 

Hard to get excited about much at the moment, too many injuries/players missing and our lack of defensive signings is very frustrating to say the least.

I would be buzzing for the EL as I believe we’re well capable of beating Valencia with our full team out. Tierney missing is massive though, Izaguirre or Gutman vs Valencia doesn’t fill me with great confidence, albeit Gutman is an unknown quantity at this point.

Winning the treble treble would be incredible but at the moment I’d settle for just the league due to injuries and lack of signings.

Hopefully I’ll be a bit more optimistic come the end of the window.

 

Be interesting to see how the new players bed in, between now and the end of the season.Never saw the cup tie on Saturday there, but Weah sounds like he could do some damage and make a quick and lasting impression. Think him and Eddy could become a combo to be reckoned with, bringing more incisiveness and pace to our play. But, most of all, I am looking forward to a serious, nerve-jangling title challenge. I anticipate this season going to the last few games, but, if we win it this year, which I think we will, then I think TIAR will be achieved. I think the entire Rangers cabal will crumble like an old stone * if we win the league this year, from the board to right on down to its corrupt foundations.

Getting points on the board/pulling away at the top of the league is the first thing that would excite me . Progression in EL and securing another treble would be absolutely immense !
