    I honestly dont know what to expect at all. As with most transfers but this one more than most as there isnt even a plethora of youtube videos to scan through.

    Exciting prospect at least I really pray he hits the ground running. We need him to.

    POLISH striker, Patryk Klimala, is already getting to know the road between Celtic Park and Lennoxtown after only 24 hours with the club.

    After signing on the dotted line at Paradise yesterday (Tuesday), he took part in his first run-out at the club’s training complex – and then made a quick-fire return to the East End of Glasgow to face the media at his new workplace.

    The Hoops’ new No.11 is the first of Neil Lennon’s fresh faces in the first transfer window of the new decade as the 21-year-old’s signing was announced yesterday exclusively on the official Celtic Tik Tok account prior to his first day of training with his new team-mates.

    He now has some training under his belt ahead of Celtic’s first game of 2020 when they travel to Maryhill to take on Partick Thistle in the fourth round of the Scottish Cup this Saturday.

    However, the Polish under-21 internationalist said: “I'm not expecting to be with the first team after three days, I would love to be but I will do my best to fight for a place in the team.

    “The only player I knew was Scott Brown, but after my recent session with the team, the players are really good and decent guys.”

    Klimala, who has arrived from the Polish premier Ekstraklasa division, where he has scored seven goals in 17 league outings for Jagiellonia Białystok this season before his move to the Hoops, added: “I’m ready to fight for my place in the team. I’ve come here to play and I’m ready to play alongside the players, and ultimately it’s the coach’s decision.

    “Celtic fans can see a player that’s come here to score goals and that’s what I’m planning to do. I want to bring a lot of happiness to the fans.”
