Could it be with his defensive qualities being improved, that he could be the long term replacement for Broony?

For those who are in love.....
He looks tailor made for centre back now..

Acceleration, on the turn and being dragged out wide...are thing's he's been exposed with but positionally and with a settled partner....he'll flourish even more..

I wouldn't ever rule him out at defensive mid again though. He's strong, an excellent passer and a good ball carrier. Doesn't have the spring on the turn but when he get's in his stride he's a quick powerful boy..

Shame he’s constantly partnered with diddies.

What confuses me is that John Mcginn is being touted, yet he pops up all over the pitch incl free kicks/corners. Not what you associate with Broony. Whereas KA is a defensive midfielder to start with so where would he be playing if he hadn't been put back into CH? Hes strong good on the ball etc etc. So why not?

I’ve noticed he looks much quicker running toward the opposition goal than he does running back towards our goal...

Phenomenal. That’s a 4 year contract announcement to get excited about.

Great news. His attitude seems to be spot on so I can only see him improving.

Great news, 1/2 of our 4 man defence sorted for the forceable.

Another CB and a right back and we could form some real solid foundations.

Great deal, now all we need to do is sign a player with the surname Rae to be his centre back partner.

I honestly think he will be someone we will get £8m plus for in a couple of years. He is big, strong and can also use his midfield experience to run through the pitch. Great signing.

Excellent news, though 5 years would have been nicer.
Now just need to go out there and find a partner for him.
Clearly Erik and Jozo just aren't favoured. Boyata aint good enough and Compper...well I was happy to see he actually existed at the celebrations.
