    Really hope he can keep it up as he has been class the past month. Would probably get player of the month had Dembele no knocked in back to back hat-tricks :smoke:

    So dominant in the air and I can't remember him misplacing a pass since he's been back.

    He's obviously took Brendan's advice to play it simple on board and is reaping the rewards.

    Like a new signing int he :84:

    Have to agree with all of that. Something must have happened in Dubai because I don't think many of us thought he had it in him. What it does tell you is the difference between Ronny and Brendan in coaching, I don't want to be too harsh on Ronny because he did try his best. But the all round play of Boyata has improved in all quarters, it's actually unbelievable :giggle1:
    But Boyata always was good with those powerful headers even under Ronny, remember that powerful strike against Qarabag ?

    Been very good since coming back in. Always been strong and good in the air just a bit cumbersome at times but looks more of an athlete now and a bit more comfortable on the ball playing out from the back, long may it continue!

    The real test will come in the big games. He has yet to play in one.

    I'd still have doubts about starting him in a qualifier for example but if his form is anything to go by, it could be the making of him.
