Ah fair enough, just seemed a really poor level in general.

Especially considering where they were in the league at that time.

What are the chances then that Tierney does a bale and moves further up the pitch.

Hes got pace to burn and his ability to beat a man is criminally underrated.

Obviously unlikely in reality but could be worth a shout if we can't get the best out of Sinclair and other natural lm/lw

That's good to know. I was worried he was part of the starting 11 that the Huns managed to pump 3-1.

THE last time Boli Bolingoli had a taste of the Champions League he was just a boy.

But he reckons he’ll have become a man if he can help get Celtic back there.

Three years ago, Bolingoli was just 21 when he turned out for Belgian champions Club Brugge against Porto, Copenhagen and Leicester.

From the highs of qualifying for the group stages came the lows of failing to win a single point from the six games.

Now Bolingoli, 24, is back in the competition after signing for the Hoops earlier this week — and he will hope to use those punishing experiences to benefit Celtic.

He said: “I have two feelings about playing in the Champions League before. There was a bad feeling because we finished up with zero points.

But there was a good feeling as well, because it is always a victory for every player to play in the Champions League.

“Everybody loves the Champions League and I can’t wait to have that second chance again with Celtic. Hopefully we can do something great.

“I was very young and I learned a lot back then. When I played in the Champions League with Brugge, I didn’t have so many minutes of first-team football.

“I was young and needed to wait until my moment came. But now I have become a man.

“My moment is here and hopefully I can play in the Champions League with Celtic.”

Boss Neil Lennon could decide Tuesday’s first qualifying round first leg clash in Sarajevo is too soon for the Belgian.

Bolingoli was part of a Rapid Vienna side being put through their pre-season paces.

He has experience of big games in his homeland and in Austria but knows the Old Firm game at Ibrox on September 1 will be a whole new experience.

Bolingoli added: “The Celtic games against Rangers are famous.

“I have played in some derby matches with Rapid Vienna against Austria Vienna. They can be pretty crazy but here I think they are even more crazy.”

Looks more than decent. Covered back well a few times. Couple of decent crosses.

Making good runs too. Seemed frustrated a couple of times not to be picked out.

He’s looked good, especially going forward. He’s always on the move and providing an outlet and his delivery looks good. Impressed.

If he is better than a semi retired izzaguirre then it is money well spent

Awesome debut - fit right in
Fabulous tackle getting back & cutting out that ball in the box - shows he's more than just attacking wing-back.
