Had a pack of those Honky Dory's in Malones bar in Glasgow. Unreal.

Hadn't seen them over here before.

Hunky Dorys aren't a poor mans anything. :38:

When I was in Glasgow a few weeks ago I had steak flavoured Kettle crisps for the first time, they were class as well. Can get Kettle crisps here but don't think I've ever seen the steak flavour.

I used to love 'bits of pizza' crisps by Walkers in the 80's.

Yeah but they're hard to find and I don't think you'd get the small packets of them. I remember years ago they sold them everywhere.

Cheetos * that. American snacks are all chemical laden crap. LOL, Americans think a bar of Hershy is bar of chocolate.

Mayonnaise or salad cream flavour in crisps: Blarf.

Pringles are a bit * now since they changed the recipe, made them thinner and reduced the weight of a standard pipe. Pipe a Pringles used to be 200 grams now it's only about 165. They used to be the best crisp for dipping now when you try to scoop up dip it shatters into bits.

Because of increasing obesity our crisps keep getting changed for reduced fat and now none of the corn crisps are like what they used to be. Monster Munch used to be big thick puffy things but now they are mostly air. Now other corn crisps like Bikers, Transform a Snack and Wotsits all have that same, hollow consistency.

A lot of the corn crisps now say 'baked not fried' on the packet, that's a bad effect on the flavour too. I'd rather the government taxed the crisps a bit more if it meant bringing back the big, thick, tasty corn crisps of the 1980s
