    Puyol was not overrated, he helped Spain win the big one and consistently performed in yes a brilliant team, but at no point was his place ever under threat during his time at Barca. He for me is a modern great CB who adapted into the position given he started as a RB.

    To be fair, when you get to they sorta levels you’re probably just quibbling about you’re own preference rather than the merits of each player. Both phenomenal.
