Well done Larsson. You are bang on. I never thought you would have the clarity of thought to change your vote. It's difficult when you are sure on something to alter your thinking.

It was your post about Greenman and Scotia being mafia if Anton was the brother tgat caused my crisis of conscience and a retreat back to my default position of voting Anton.

You both summarised the game for me pretty well last night. Was easy changing my mind this morning when i awoke.

Well done if you fooled me but I see no reason not to vote green man at this stage

Day 6

TC-upon-Clyde had been stretched to it's very limits. Beyond any previous infestation by Mafia scum and this time adding an extra dimension of Brothers truly seemed to have the town perplexed.

The two previous Mafia kills had been engineered by one of the Brothers, and in the end the last remaining Mafia had put paid to the Brothers' chances of winning by being quicker on the draw at the critical time, so the Town, who for so long had been so clearly confused by what had gone before, had this one last chance to get it right or lose the game.

Even then it seemed as though it was not going to happen there for a while, but as @Chefe put aside his own deductions and adopted Larsson's, it still seemed as though too much had gone before, as suspicions about all that Che had done before were weighed against the green ghost having been the bane of their combined existence.

@Larsson93 and @Idioteque weighed in, and as the three turned to face the ghost of Alfonse Gangitano, the 'Black Prince of Sauchiehall Street', removing his mask, Scooby Doo style. But now they had him cornered, in the factory in which he worked, standing near a discretely concealed wall unit.



"Old Man Green!" they exclaimed in unison! @The Greenman67 faced them down, he retorted, "You got me, but only just...and I would have gotten away with it had it not been for you meddling kids!"

Larsson did the honours, pushing Green backwards, as he stumbled making contact, art the same time Che, spied a hose, turned on the nozzle as a jet of water covered Green, convulsing as the electrical currents rippled through him, before keeling over dead.

Laying in a puddle was a card.

TOWN WINS!!!

Most enjoyable one for me by a mile really liked being the brother with @JC Anton another day we'd of won that gave it a fair crack!

Don't think Che will mind admitting he had a shocker in this! Completely mislead the Town down the wrong path just about thr entire game. Even when Anton handed a lifeline to the town, so that the Brothers could also have a shot at winning, he was still adamant that Anton was the only one that was for sure mafia, and that Scotia and Green were the only ones he trusted to being '100% town'.

Anton as the mafia brother definitely made things interesting. Thought at one point he had left it drift too long and was just going to hand the win to the mafia, and almost left it too late to make his move, but wow!, when he did, definitely set the stage for a exciting finale in the last couple of rounds.

Considering going into Night 5, we still had the possibility of a Mafia win, a Brother win and a Town win speaks volumes of how amazingly balanced this was at the end there. Even on Day 6 the Mafia was 1 single vote away from winning at one point.

But the town does deserve some credit, especially after losing the Doctor and Cop in the first 2 nights. Was a tough spot to fight back from, and though it took a while a win is a win is a win!

Would love to have been a fly on the wall in the mafia chat when Anton killed Tim.

Anton and V done brilliant as the brothers, it was a role I really didn't want at the start of the game as it seemed like a death sentence.

 

Lol. What a battle at the end to win the trust of Larsson.

Idioteques vote for Cena sent me completely dow the wrong path. I felt for sure that he must have been mafia and had planned that attack with Anton. I thought that either Scotia or V were the other mafia and Scotias backing of the lynch for Anton made me trust the slippery wee *. Greenman went under the radar because of that too.

Nearly * the whole thing up. When it came up as Scotia as mafia I was gobsmacked.

 

Well done Taz for hosting and well done Larsson for figuring out the mess at the end

Imagine getting the Doctor and the Cop with your first 2 kills!!

Looking back I was probably a bit too involved early on, rather than sitting back and investigating from afar.

I only had time to investigate one person early on and it was Che. I chose Che due to the fact that when it looked like Cena was going to be first to go he completely turned the vote onto Yukio and then Yukio turned out to be town. My 2nd investigation was going to be against Anton, which would have been interesting... However I was sleeping with the fishes before I could investigate him.

Watching the game unfold was really enjoyable.
