Might try and go vegetarian for a bit just to save on costs.

I'd find pescatarianism a piece of * as I love fish and could easily sub that in for meat.

I know a few who don't go on about it and I know some who're really passionate about it and will try to shove it down your throat (mainly via social media).

I gotta say I'm not as against the idea of becoming a vegan as I once was, especially considering there are athletes who live on purely plant based diets so it's something I've interested in learning more about and who knows trying it for a while.

I've had thoughts about becoming a vegetarian in the past purely down to the quality of meat these days, particularly poultry which is shocking.

Would be impossible for me though, certain things I'd refuse to give up.

I get my meat from Muscle Food now, because of the price and quality. Also cutting out supermarkets as the meat is straight from farms... still not entirely sure how it's produces and I have my doubts that it's any different to the usual supermarket meat. But it's the best I can do right now. I'd never be vegan or vegetarian, but I'll always look for a way to consume animal products that came from animals that live better lives, are better treated and better prepared!

Depends on a lot of things about the person TBH. I've been a vegetarian since I was like 6, 23 years now. I'll never, ever go back to eating meat... because I can't stand it. For me having to eat meat or even a meat substitute is a nightmare, I really hate it that much. I only have bad memories of eating meat. In my case it's natural for me being a vegetarian.

When I was 18 I went vegan for 4 years, * me... that must be how normal folk feel being vegetarian. Love cheese/dairy products and had to move from whey to pea/hemp protein - BLEUCH. Surprised I lasted as long as I did. I think it's about doing all you can without feeling too uncomfy. There is no such thing as a perfect vegan.

As you mentioned I've met "vegans" who drank alcohol containing isinglass and they had no idea, fake leather? Often contains reconstituted real leather, people don't know it. Even if you buy fabric shoes... oh it has glue. Car tyres - gelatin. If you're in America, white sugar often is filtered through bone char... Really I could go on all day, it's like i have an encyclopedic knowledge of this now and I've never met someone who hasn't.

I will say this though I was never more ripped than when I was a vegan, I lost tons of weight and looked good but I felt like *. There are probably people out there who feel awesome as vegans, not me.

When I look on someone's social media profile be it twitter or instagram and they have "vegan" listed in their bio......*

Just generally healthier. No more bloating after a meal, skin is always clear, less fatigue and sleep a lot better at night.
Might be a coincidence but I used to get a lot of headaches and they have significant diminished since not eating meat.

I changed my milk to rice or hazelnut milk. I like it in coffee/tea but having it in cereal took a bit of getting used to.

I've been veggie since 2000. Couldn't go back to eating meat now. Actually thinking of going vegan, specifically because of the cruelty involved in the Dairy industry.

Some people take stuff way too seriously, it's just meat at the end of the day someone has to eat it
