All positions we don't need and no way am I believeing this striker pish, your a striker or your no, midfielders you can get away with it a bit, but not up front.

 

good player by all accounts,think he would do really well here.but don't see were he fits in,thinking this might have been one of the Roberts alternatives,and not a bad one to be fair.

 

I have to disagree there plenty of guys can play all over the top third of the pitch Rooney ,embolo ,Suarez, aguero and more not every st has to play the get in behind or target man role some are better at false 9 or floating about in a free role but these are just opionions

probably a guy to come in if jonny haze goes to Cardiff on loan or maybe forrest is being soldwe dont know if Rodgers wants him here must be a good reason strikes me as the same kinda transfer as the Sinclair one last year probs play a few games and we will all love him hope its true has good quality and has played at the very highest level ie world cup euro champ

Bet u said the same thing about Sinclair last year .unless ur at it lol look we don't know we all pretend we know but we have * all coaching badges never been managers of professionals so wot ever brendan thinks we need we probably do let's just see what happens in the nxt 3 days you never know we could and up with a couple of real quality players in key positions let's just wait and see

Sutton was coming to the end of his career when that happened.

Sutty done a decent enough job at the back but don't give me he was like Baresi, now.

We need a striker, end of, not someone who can go up front, somebody who can hold the ball up. If they want to * about with players stick McGregor up top, he done a good job at Notts CTY.

Sorry I don't get your logic at all. This stocker (who I don't know anything about granted) seems to have a good scoring record at a decent level. If he is versatile enough to do a decent job in the midfield too then great. The more versatile our squad is then we can have quality in lower numbers rather than a big list of mediocre players

 

he only has 8 goals for Hertha Berlin. I've seen him plenty for Switzerland, he is decent at finding space and quite quick but he has little quality on the ball and can't beat a man at all. I'd be disappointed if we sign him

 

Siclair only had 8 in his last season at villa prices nothing he could be another sinclair were we would probs all say we are lucky to have him
