    Defence
One of the greatest keepers active today between the pipes. Salgado and Hierro played together at Real, so will link up well on the right, while Scirea and Maldini are two of the greatest ever players in their respective positions. Plus, they're both Italian, so would get along famously.

    Midfield
Rock solid defensive mid pairing between Matthaus and Redondo. Ginola and Maldini overlap on the left, while Garrincha is given free reign to do what he does better than any other right winger in history. Di Stefano drops back in to help ferry the ball up to attack from the center.

    Attack
Di Stefano is the outlet for any ball in from the midfield, and Sanchez utilizes his deadly poaching ability (all of his 38 goals in 1989-1990 were one-touch) to slot away anything not first taken care of by Di Stefano or the wings.

Defence: Best keeper to ever play in England. Best attacking left back of all time. AC Milan stalwart on the other side and then the warrior brilliance of JT and Franco.

Midfield: Makelele and Rijkaard sitting in and sweeping everything up while Barnes and Rivelino use all of their flair and panache to * all over the opposition.

Attack: Two Celtic legends. Can you imagine the link up between them? They would score any and every type of goal. Basically, if you don't vote for them you're a Hun.

    Balance:
From the Aryan brutality of Peter Schmeichel to the swarthy mystery of Mauro Tassotti and John Barnes' soothing mocha tones, Aidan's multicultural XI strikes the perfect balance that we have come to embrace in today's globalised world. This is reflected in the harmonious way they operate on the pitch.

    Thank you for your votes.
