    Theyre blaming the missing wages on "bureaucratic procedure"

    Which isnt hard to bypass here... you just have to pay through the nose for it.

    1 of 2 things is happening.

    Either the viets dont have the money... possible.

    Or more likely a shakedown is in process.

    Ive lived in Vietnam off and in for over 6 years. When i move to a new apartment, I have my local mates go through the contract to look for hidden bullshit, like making me financially responsible for repairs and upkeep on the building exterior, or charging me higher rent tariffs because THEY are responsible for reporting my living status to the local police as im an expat. When i go out on my bike, i keep my "big notes" in a seperate part of my wallet to hide my money from the traffic cops, and my credit cards at home so they cant demand i go to an atm to pay a "fine" for some imaginary traffic violation.

    If you drunkenly kill someone on the roads in a traffic accident... if you can pay the family of the victim a few grand... no prison. Zip. Nada.

    This is the land of the backhander. Someone isnt getting their cut, and their instructing someone else, possibly even a few bankers, to withhold the transfer until they do.

    Either way, the vingroup, which is basically a property racket, are a bunch if shady *.

    Actually feel sorry for fk Sarajevo.

    Good news for us though. Hehe

    It wouldn't. The draw for R3 takes place before R2 completes, so the ties that contain the 'seeded' teams are set and can't be affected by anything that happens in R2. Ludogorets could only be seeded in R3 if Celtic, BATE or Astana are knocked out in R1.

    Chill boys, everything will be sorted out. It's the stupid Bosnian laws and people not trusting a huge money transfer from another country. It will be solved in a day or two. We aren't mafia, we are not going to withdraw, we are not closing the club :D I guess the banks in Bosnia never saw a few million euros being transferred lol

    FKS is a magnet for idiotic media articles back here, since it is a thorn in everyone's side. Media hypes everything up when it comes to Sarajevo
