    Im back 9-5 in my new job, much prefer it but must admit i do miss on shifts being able to go on a mad one on a Tuesday or Thursday night without cursing my soul at the desk the next morning ha that and my mates were the only positive to an otherwise shiteshow!

    I'm 9-5 in this placement I'm doing and must admit I'm liking it.

    My last full time position was 8-6 and in a much more physically shattering role so been enjoying this so far. Even if it can be boring at times I'm still getting paid..

    Same mate, Tokyo is a great one. The Ritz 88 not so good but they were heavy *. Im sure they did a live one in France that was shown live in Britain on channel 4 in the early evening or something? did I dream that? :confused:

    See I like the Ritz more than the Tokyo one

    Done the same this morning, woke up around 7 and really couldn't be arsed.... a large coffee and a couple of pre workout helpers later, boom knocked out my first 10k in over 6 months.

    For some reason I find doing 10k so much easier out on the street as opposed to the treadmill.
