    Celtic I don’t expect will go back in at £750k for a guy who essentially will be 3rd choice! If we need to go for De Vries for the rest of the season so be it but surely Rodgers and Congerton must know someone they could get in even on loan

    I don’t see what the big deal is, ddv will get the nod for Zenit and Carson will help fill in for the league games, people getting all crazy because they want Gordon replaced, that’s not what Carson is being brought in for so chill out, I’m sure we have plans for the summer

    Don’t see the point in signing Carson !! Plenty of decent goalkeepers at clubs not playing, surely be able to get one here on loan until the summer to compete with DDV. Then hopefully come the summer look to sign a new goalkeeper capable of taking over from Gordon as our No 1.

    There are still question marks over DDV himself never mind a guy who hasn't even played 30 games for Motherwell yet.

    Point is we could surely do a bit better than this even in the short time left in the window. It reeks of us panicking and looking around the SPL to see which one has played well against us.

    We have a worldwide scouting system and can't seem to find anyone better than this, even on a short term loan? Think some people are forgetting how crucial the GK position is. 3 months or not we need better quality. Still some big games in that time.

    Anno but 750k seems a bit much for 3rd choice.Id rather just let ddv try n prove himself and bring a loan in.Unless brendan thinks carson is good enough to challenge for number1,i havent seen the guy so cant comment.

    I think we’re just looking for a backup goalie incase DDV gets injured. Relying only on a youth goalie if DDV gets injured would be extremely risky.
