    Badly need cover at centre half, although I think we need one now. I don't trust Toure, I personally think he is a bombscare, if anything happens to Erik or Jozo. It is good to see that we are looking to exploit our location again, a la Dembele.

    Hes 19 so he is inexperienced and will make mistakes...if we're looking ahead to the Champions League next season we dont want to be going into games with a untried young player. It would only take a couple of injuries and we'd be turning to a 19 year old to keep out Champions League strikers. Not sure about this one, seen too many defensive disasters in Europe to be happy with this, when it comes to the defensive positions id rather see us sign a tried and tested player who isnt going to be a liability.

    And if we are looking beyond the short term? I know little about the lad, apart from his reasonably decent performance against us but he seems the perfect signing; Loads of talent but doesn't see himself progressing to first team football at Man City, other EPL clubs are put off by the compensation, something we don't have to worry about. He will get chances to show if he is good enough for us as he would likely be our fourth choice, at worst, centre half. If he takes it we get a few good years out of him and sell him off to somebody like Everton who wouldn't take the gamble now. It would seem a calculated gamble. We can benefit from this boardroom cosiness with Abu Dhabi fc.

    If Brendan thinks it's a decent move, I'm more than happy.

    We should be exploiting this more. Come here instead of sitting on the bench of a EPL team and play in Europe. You'll get your love to an even bigger club than you would've if you just dived straight in now.

    This looks worth taking.We definitely need another centre back with Boyata and Ambrose exiled to the reserves, and Toure I don't think is up to it anymore.
