There’s a surprise.

Good night, sweet prince
We need a defender, he hardly sounds that, no fuss we've enough attacking options.
Timothy Castagne has opened the door on a summer move to Celtic after revealing Atalanta have refused to sell him during this transfer window.
Brendan Rodgers ' side reportedly made another bid for the Belgian international, who netted this week in a 3-0 win against Juventus in the Coppa Italia.
But the Serie A side weren't interested in selling and the right back will be in Italy until the summer at least.
However, he's made it clear he could be open for a future move to Glasgow.
He said: "Atalanta does not want to let me go and I do not want to leave.
"The club has also activated an option in my contract, so I am here until 2021.
"But let's see what happens in the summer. I certainly won't be ruling out a departure from Atalanta then.
"If I do go, it would have to be a team that plays in the Champions League and for a club that goes every year for the title.
"If Atalanta have the same goals and gets to play European football, then maybe I will stay here."
If we sign the German boy now on a loan with option to buy, then get this boy in in the summer I’d Randy Marsh all over the place.
Probably end up with neither though.
This * thinks he's Dani Alves ffs
CAST TOO MUCH

The Belgian right-back was on Brendan Rodgers’ wanted list as he hunted for a long-term replacement for Mikael Lustig.

But Atalanta refused to sell the 23-year-old, who recently scored against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus.
However, respected Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claims the Hoops offered nearly £9m for the defender.

Roma also tabled a bid in the region of £11m for the former Genk star, but were told he was not for sale.
Last week, Castagne lifted the lid on Celtic’s interest in signing him during the January window.

Jeremy Toljan has hit the ground running at Celtic
He said: “I didn’t play much before the window I played little and I admit I thought about moving.
“But how could I leave it like this? Celtic tried to buy me, but this is the best moment of my career and I want to stay here.

“If you play trust increases. It’s natural. It’s also useless to talk about going to a Champions League or Europa League club because we at Atalanta would like to qualify.
“And as for the national team, my goal is being at Euro 2020.”
If this is true we must be willing to spend big on the defence in the summer and hopefully this has shown a signal of intent from the board to the gaffer
Aww well * him then,at least we were willing to splash the cash IF true lol.
If that’s the case then we should use that some of that cash to get Toljan on a permanent
£9m on a RB
Should put that £9 million towards trying to get Toljan and Burke in if true
Test the water with Leicester for Benkovic although I can’t see them letting him go unfortunately. Hopefully Maguire stays or goes for massive money and they just throw money at a replacement so Benkovic isn’t required.
Weah back on loan for another 12 months on top of that would be great
If they would have accepted that bid lawell would have * shat it.
A failed medical would have been a forgone conclusion
