    my take on this ,he has pace to burn ,can finish ,like sinclair ,building a counter attacking threat for the big cl teams ,were we will be pushed back to an unnatural system for us the way we have been playing ,but if you have 3 or 4 players who are rapid and technical who score goals ,then it makes the other teams more cautious .

    Think he would be a great signing, if we get him at a good price! Looks like he will open up a lot of field for the rest of the team! Only worry is it will make forrest unhappy and despite what many people think on this forum I think he is quality!

    Had a look at the highlights. Didn't find that but he got the assist for their goal and he was the one that Bitton wiped out for his red card.

    Only thing that bothers me is why Ajax let his contract run down. Normally good players you sell if they don't renew within two years.

    Also Ronny has given me the fear of signing too many midfielders. I think that's why Brendan might not sign him although to be fair I haven't seen the guy play yet so I don't know what he's like but Derk was a good player before he came here too.

    Midfielders we definitely need. DM to partner Broony, RM to replace Roberts, CM to back up Tam.

    Not sure if we need them all before the qualifiers or not. When does Paddy leave? DM definitely I think is the one essential signing this window.

    He is the best player they've got from what I saw the weekend, but that's no saying much when the other go to guy is a 37 year old who has never been a clinical striker in his puff..

    Leaving it late to get another oap in Hill passed fit as well. Every tackle or brush the * looked like he was gonna keel over :56:

    I think McKay is decent tbh and I wouldn't say that lightly about any of their players. I've only seen him 6 or 7 times but he's played well each time.
