The Undertaker vs. Rusev in a Casket Match has been announced for WWE's Greatest Royal Rumble event from Saudi Arabia on April 27th.

So that's this event confirmed practically as a glorified house show and anything that happens here will be "non-cannon".

The raw tag team belts are going to be the title that receives a new owner as no * holds them right now.

Shame really, I was kinda looking forward to this event, just seems a little silly now. Taking burying Rusev to a new level by having him clearly job to taker in a casket match.

 

Things could change


As for Taker V Rusev.


That's a * of big deal for Rusev working with a legend like Taker.


But that's just my opinion.

I know Saudi have probably just * money all over WWE for this event but are we honestly going to see Reigns take the title from Lesnar at this event?.

Personally I just don't see them pulling the trigger on it if they couldn't do it at Wrestlemania, Brock ain't dropping the title clean it's going to have to be in some sort of multi man match were he loses but doesn't eat the pin.

 

Monday's post-WrestleMania 34 edition of WWE RAW, the biggest episode of the year, drew 3.921 million viewers. This is up from last week's 3.357 million viewers. This week's show featured fallout from Sunday's big WrestleMania 34 pay-per-view.

To compare, the post-WrestleMania 33 RAW drew 3.767 million viewers while the post-WrestleMania 32 RAW drew 4.09 million viewers. The RAW after WrestleMania drew just over 5 million viewers in 2015 and 2014.

For this week's show, the first hour drew 4.098 million viewers (last week's hour 1 - 3.430 million), the second hour drew 4.069 million viewers (last week's hour 2 - 3.329 million) and the final hour drew 3.597 million viewers (last week's hour 3 - 3.314 million).



This week's WWE SmackDown, the biggest blue brand show of the year with fallout from WrestleMania 34, drew 2.952 million viewers. This is up from last week's 2.467 million viewers. This is the best SmackDown viewership since the April 11th, 2017 episode, which drew 3.105 million viewers.

The SmackDown after WrestleMania 33 drew 2.885 million viewers while the post-WrestleMania 32 SmackDown drew 2.444 million viewers in 2016 but that was a taped show that aired on Thursday night.

 

Doing it in Saudi would pretty much guarantee the face pop Vince wants for Reigns. Apparently they're into him over there.
