    This.

Pretty much all I have and it does the job. Nothing fancy, no gym membership and I can wear as much or as little as I want whilst working out with any tunes blasting of my choosing.

Right so started a bootcamp thing at the local gym.
3 sessions a week, im just over the 2nd session and in bits lol speaking to the pt he was saying i should aim for 140 grams of protein a day but this seems very high after looking at how many grams of protein are in foods such as eggs, chicken breast, turkey etc
Going to buy protein tomo he said could have 2 shakes a day with 2 scoops in each.
    Any recommendations on protein?
Calorie intake is set at 1700 per day.

What’s your height/weight? Trying to gain or cut?

140 grams ain’t high either way.

Can have oats, tuna, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt etc

Im 5”6 and weigh exactly 11 stone.
Id like to cut a bit of weight and tone up.
Breakfasts ive been having oats, greek yoghurt, peanut butter and banana, alternating that with boiled eggs.

Lunches mostly chicken * with heaps of salad.

Dinner chicken * with tons of above ground veg, omelette and salad, turkey burger, tacos etc

Buzzing to get some weights done tonight after half arsing it with the cold last week and being mwi at the weekend.
Managed to get some good HIIT in at the gym on Friday and Saturday and ran a mile in 6.31 on the treadmill post workout which I thought was fairly good albeit largely pointless.

In unknown waters now, 168lbs this morning first time ever sub 170lbs.

Still a bit of lower ab fat but really starting to tighten up now, hoping these last 8lbs does the job.

This is usually where I * it and go on an eating binge though :giggle1:

Bit * off this morning, have nothing on all day so thought I would be able to hammer a good 1/2 hours in the gym this morning.

Just couldn’t focus ended up leaving after 30 mins.

What do you eat/drink before you go ? I find going a struggle but once I get started, can stay for 2 hours easy.

Tried an intra workout once and could have stayed all day. Might actually buy a pouch. Like to try everything for a month or two to see how they help but that was just a sample.

    Last week

    Had 4x7x145 on squats
    5x5x100 on bench
    Then 3x8 overhead press
    4x10 rows

Doesn't look much written but takes 2 hours lol

9/10 I train fasted, this morning was no different.

Just a coffee when I wake up then electrolyte/caffeine drink while I work out.

It wasn’t so much having the energy as it was there just other things taking over my mind in the only place I can usually block it all out.

Still need to get my head back in the game with being so close to my goal.

27 days till I’m off on holiday and go an ruin it all as per :giggle1:

Going to modify my training a bit.

Sticking with the P/P/L routine but going to add 20 mins HIIT on Mon/Wed/Fri after the weights.

    Tuesday/Thursday 45mis LISS.

Will see what weight I am tomorrow, probably slightly heavier as my diet slipped a little bit today and been drinking Irn bru extra all day and not a drop of water.

I know I hinted at this before but I stopped lifting heavy a few weeks back in an effort to trim but still maintain some lean mass. Boy is it working. Here’s one of my sessions in case anyone is interested

    4 exercises
    3 sets
    40 seconds work / 40 seconds rest
    2 rounds

    45kg BB - Squats
    45kg BB - Flat Press
40kg BB - Bent Over Row
    23kg EZ - Curls

Takes me about 37 minutes and I’m absolutely bust at the end, give myself 90 seconds between the two rounds. Use this Tabata Timer to count out the timings for me, even if it does sound like Stephen Hawking

Got back to training in the morning today despite only getting about 5 hours kip last night.

Done one of the workouts from the bodycoach plan cycle 4 which consisted of 3mins work, 1min rest - 20x12kg kettlebell front swing, 10x10kg dumbell right side shoulder thrust, 10x10kg dumbell left side shoulder thrust, 10x10kg renegade rows left side, 10x10kg renegade rows right side, 10 press ups followed by mountain climbers to complete the 3 minutes. 6 sets of that and I was completely burst and sweating like a maniac. Thought I was gonna spew in the showers after, too much caffeine before working out I think - pre workout and a strong coffee, think I'll give the coffee a miss next time.
