Have the same in my one, same bodyfat as you (well last time I checked) will probably be a bit more currently.
It appears I’ve put on 17 stone following yesterday’s festivities.
Well worth a listen.
Has helped me a great deal over the past week or two.

I've gone up a stone in the past year, but everyone's telling me that I look the better for it (less gaunt around the face, etc).
been trying this last few days,looking good
Been living on tins a tuna,salmon,mackerel,sardines past few weeks.Fast easy protein dnt need to cook * all.2 tins every 3 hours.Back into normal routine,glasgow clubs runnin normally agen.
Found a nice small gym in Hua Hin 5 mins walk from the hotel, more a CrossFit type gym owned by an Aussie bloke
£3 a session not too shabby, half out doors so no air con so training in 29c nice and sweaty to say the least lol
Just knocked out a back/shoulder/chest/arms routine (as that’s all that matters on holiday right?)
Also a bonus you can buy these in any 7/11 for like 60p I think it is
Theres celtic bar in hua hin.Tht was while ago 7 years ago i was there.
Yeah down soi bintabaht just round the corner from me, still there, problem is it’s absolutely dead every night.
i was in one in bangkok,suhkimvit next to soi cowboy.They had a midget on the door n pretty thai woman dressed up in celtic clobber.Funny experiance but the clientiele of scots,irish expats were stuck up.Tbf to them i was kicking about like a jake & ned at the time,blew all my money on woman & drink,somehow managed to lose a rucksake full of clothes &was ticking noodles from the padthai man,waitin on my mother putting money into my account.
I like this thread. I’m 5’11 and weigh 9 stone 9 pounds which is on the thin side butnid like to get healthier.

Pretty much hit my macros every day and can’t believe how easy it was, took some discipline but hoping i make a habit of avoiding * now
9/10lbs gained in the last 3 weeks, not bad really considering my usual for 3 weeks in Thailand is around 17lbs.
Once I cut out the kilo of rice a day and beers most of it is water weight so will come off pretty quick
Fly home tomorrow so going to get right back to it.
Been aff the swally and takeaways since the 2nd, and joined the gym start of the month as well, been most days since, sometimes twice a day. Have lost a fair whack already but looking to lose at least another stone and a half which is pretty doable I reckon. Not even missing the swally that much at the moment, usually cracked by now.
Eat everything not nailed down , lift weights and grow
I’ve been successfully avoiding a lot of sugary food the past few weeks, even when going to the cinema etc.
Helping me to feel a lot better, along with being in the gym consistently.
