Cheers mate. Been looking to get signed up at a gym but all the others don't allow kids as open 24 hours. Glasgow club would have cost £60 for us both. I will need to wait as my boy got an OP on his knee the other day for a footy injury.

I need to get back on the weight loss, frigging lost 4St and put 2 1/2 back on, greedy fat lazy * that I've became.

Sickened myself with Slimming World, going to have to either try Weight Watchers or go it alone.

Downloaded a wee fitness app that you can scan in your food, set calorie intake limit and keep a good track of what you're eating....need to actually start using it.

Hi all, great to see so many of us making an effort to get fit and healthy! I have just started DDP Yoga classes in Glasgow (the first instructor in Scotland), that are suitable for ALL fitness levels. I am also offering private sessions where I can come to you (at home or work) and help you with any goals you have. I am also a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist.

Get me on here if you fancy trying it out, or if you have any questions and I can pass my details on from there And for those who don't fancy "yoga", this is a totally different animal...it was created by a pro wrestler, so that should give you an idea of what it's like.

I have a bit of a dream that we can get enough interest built up here and maybe get a session at Parkhead (even as a one-off) - let's see if we can make that happen.

    Hail Hail

Just looked at what @Gyp Rosetti was having for his dinner & it’s making me question life.

I've got a bit of a belly, I eat reasonably well but drinking fizzy juice lets me down. Got Santorini two months today, so went a swim last night, jog tonight and then the usual weights 4/5 times a week
