Think I’m going to take a week or so off from the gym, feeling totally burned out at the moment.

    Been every weekday since January

Been meeting my 5 times a week target but on a few days recently I feel like I've just been going through the motions. Need a new routine to mix it up a bit.

I stupidly just stepped on the scales after a few binge days, not even going to say the weight as I’m a little bit in disbelief myself :56:

Will try again in the morning.

Holding a * ton of water weight (I hope) :fear:

Few better feelings than going to the gym and absolutely killing it.

Put 5 lbs on last month or two, need to get it back down. * terrible at weekends, i gorge on junk. I’d say I’m about 10-14lbs off ideal weight.
Can’t even do my HIIT, my knees are * from the bastarding treadmill.

I’ve moved from 16.5” slim fit shirts to 17” tailored fit shirts. Much more comfortable but still a good gun show.

    All kindzzzz of gainz

Been cutting back on my food intake since after paddy's day,i.e. small breakfast, sandwich for lunch and small portions for tea.no snacking in between meals and nothing after the evening tea, also walking twice a day,not a huge distance but enough for my wee short legs, weighed myself this morning and iv'e a stone lost. i'd like to loose another couple of stone to get back to a decent weight as i'm far too heavy for my height. 5ft 6in and (now) 14st.

I haven't watched them in years but me and a few friends used to follow them religiously.

Think they’re into comedy of sorts now, have a tour at the minute etc, checked vids the other day and it was them eating loads of food. The older stuff is great though :56:

Old ones are great, can’t watch the fast food ones though because.....well I think that’s well documented on here :giggle1:

Switched to intermittent fasting/keto diet about a week ago and the results have been kind of mind blowing.

Dropped a fair amount of weight and leaned out pretty noticeably.

Find it so much easier eating keto, less hunger pangs, it’s more strict so easy for me to follow and with IF thrown in, don’t eat before 12pm or after 7pm it’s a * of a combo.

Probably got 7lbs to drop, these final 2 lower abs might make an appearance for once in their life.

Intermittent fasting is pretty straight forward pick an eating window, generally of 7/8 hours and consume all your calories within that window and fast outwith, just drink water and black coffee, I tend to do 12-7 as my eating window as it fits in with Work etc

And I do a cyclical ketogenic diet, low carb high fat 6 days a week where your body enters into a state of ketosis ie running on fat for energy instead of glycogen.

A lot more in depth break down here https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=132598293
