Depends what distance you are looking to run and your starting level of fitness. Personally 10ks are boring and so i do 5k runs or hill sprints. For a 5k to begin with i would be looking at doing one in around 30 mins, so 6 mins a kilometre. Look to cut that down to 5 mins per km which is a pretty good pace.

I would start off with 2/3 runs per week. Body needs time to recover.

Going to be running 5k/10k every night next week seeing as I'm on a training course down my way and not able to get to the gym.

Need to get my head in the game, 11 weeks out from holiday I've no excuses to not get where I want to be.

Feeling good at the moment, diet has been spot on past couple of days been nailing my calorie and macro targets and down 3lbs (probably the bloat from cakes and donuts ) and not even trained, just need to keep this momentum going.

Stephen paddock, was a goatman sleeper agent, goatmen are the alien race that are fighting against the new world order(the reptillian race first theorised by intellectul david icke).Goatmen originite from the planet bull( a once great planet that dosnt exist anymore) and have been at war with with reptilians before man began. He was usin a plasma repeater, also goatmen are well known for there great accuracy, and have great strength hence why window went in so easily.Goatmen can control weather, hurricane katrina was there handiwork.I have all the evidence and its accurate, look closely at the photos of stephen paddock, what can u see?Remember u need to look really close?

My other well studied theory, stephen paddock was a sandwich short of a picnic.

Did 16km of running over the weekend and my left knee now feels a bit tender. Few days rest should sort it. Plenty of stretches too.
