    Right, I'll have a pop at hosting one of these.

    I'll try and explain my idea for this thread as best as I can:

    Ideally, looking for 11 drafters for teams of 11 players (if more drafters, we'll include subs).

    Most drafts involve posters waiting their turn to pick what players they want, but usually leads to some of the same drafters picking the same players over and over, so this one will be different.

    There will be (dependant on the number of drafters who participate), say 11 rounds.

    Each drafter will be assigned a random number before round 1 begins.

    Round 1 - will be goalkeeper draft. Each drafter must pick a goalkeeper. When all drafters have picked, the choices for goalkeepers will be assigned wth random numbers, and then matched up with the random number for drafters.

    (e.g. I am assigned number 4, I pick Gig Buffon who could end up with the number 7 - say, Minty gets no.7).

    Round 2 - LB

    Round 3 - CB

    And so on, and so on until we have a full starting 11 picked (with possible subs, again depending on amount of drafters).

    Once all categories have been picked, the only full control drafters will have over their team will be formations and tactics.

    As the draft will be totally random, there will be no need to remove players ala Messi, Ronaldo etc.

    Oh, there will be no point in picking * players, because there's a chance you could get landed with them yourself, and I'll think you're a cheating *.
