He's majorly underrated by many people. He's a fantastic player and one of the best number 10's in the world.

 

I think When he's putting effort in and looks interested he is an excellent player like u say one of the best in his position, but his work rate, attitude and consistancy can all be called into quiestion which makes people like me not rate so highly. The Madrid Ozil was brilliant but he just doesn't seem to turn up enough for me

 

Solid player on his day, the bombing incident really shook him up so hopefully going back to Spain will help him move on from it. He's an outside chance at a World Cup spot and wasn't going to get any game time under Stoger, so going to Betis where he'll be a guaranteed starter makes sense.

 

What about Man City bidding for Mahrez?

* are getting a bit out of control, why wuld you want him when you have Bernardo Silva, David Silva, De Bruyne, Sane, Sterling - 5 quality attacking mid/wide players already and wanting to spend £65million on another.
