    what I don't understand is the lack of ambition. surely, psg are building a super team, but, apart from the Champions league, they play goons from bordeaux, marseille, st. Etienne etc.

    Do you really want to play just in the 4th best league in Europe? to me that is lack of ambition and the sole reason they play in Paris is Money.

    They're a world class team though. In the top 5 teams in world football.

    It's a lot better than the * who join Bournemouth and West Brom so they can play in the greatest, most amazing, most entertaining league in the world.

    PSG are one of the top 5 teams in world football at the moment - due to paying high wages no doubt, but still...Signing for one of the top 5 teams in world football doesn't show a lack of ambition, for me anyway, regardless of who's they play in their domestic league.

    PSG are aiming to win every competition they enter - CL included. If the players who have joined PSG this season go on to win the CL will it still be seen as a lack of ambition?

    I couldn't care less what they spend tbh as it doesn't really affect us and it makes a change from the EPL teams doing it.

    I actually enjoyed someone taking barcas most prized asset. Hes 25 and a shoe in as the worlds best player for years to come. Makes a change from barca or madrid doing the tapping up and always taking the best players.

    the only ambition they have is the Champions league. even though they arguably are a top 5 team in the world right now, they are stuck in the 4th best league.

    To me that's lack of ambition personally. even though I'm not a big EPL fan, I'd rather play in England than France.
