Novak Djokovic will never be considered a greater player than Fed if he plays until he’s 100.

Federer has been made Djokovic’s * time and time again.

Barcelona have been made Dundee United’s * time and again.

Tell me more about how head to heads are the gauge of an individual or teams standing.

I’ll leave that first point as it’s a nonsense comparison.

Djokovic has a winning head-to-head against Nadal and Federer and at his current rate will surpass both in terms of Grand Slams won with relative ease.

He has less Slams than Rafa who’s only a year older and was out the game for ages.

He’s also nowhere close to being as good as Fed and one look at the comments from ex pros and people within the game will tell you that.

He has the best defence the game has ever seen, one of the best backhands in the game and does it consistently on every surface. He developed far later than Rafa. He’ll finish with more slams than either man and he dealt with both at their peak, unlike Federer who won a large proportion of his slams against very average opposition.

Pure and utter pish, Rafa has been a threat since 2005. Fed started dominating in 2004.

Look at th at names of the players Federer beat in Grand Slam finals. Disregarding a very young and inexperienced Nadal, he vanquished the likes of Baghdatis, Phillippousis, an over-the-hill Agassi, Marat Safin, Hewitt and Roddick.

Nadal, Djokovic and indeed Murray have had much harder opposition.

Forgot the mighty Fernando Gonzalez, as well. Great forehand. Not much else.

Roddick would have won several Slams but for Fed, Hewitt was world class, Agassi is an all time great and Baghdatis and Phillippousis were at the tail end of Wimbledon every year along with a few others because of booming serves.

Fed has won a huge chunk of Slams up against Djokovic, Murray and Rafa in the draws.

It's all opinions but if Nole was around during the Roddick era, I'm certain he'd have 4/5 more slams. I'm pretty sure if he stays clear of injury both he and Rafa will finish 1 and 2.

Thiem has been excellent here. I'm a fan of his. Great to watch as well.

The history of tennis is entirely below this golden era, of which Fed is the main player.

Djokovic fan boys are a really peculiar type :56:

He’s won less than both Rafa and Fed whilst playing in their era. How it’s possible to argue he’s better than either blows my brain.

Rodrick was a big serve and limited in the rest of his game, Hewitt was ‘world class’ because the standard of the time was well below today’s, Agassi was past it and the other two had, as you say, big serves but were otherwise poor.
