    You obviously know * all and spin every post with a counter post. That is nothing more than being argumentative. Same as your last creation. But work away. As for fan ownership. That is the dream of our supports wishful thinking. *, I would love that if it worked. But for now Lawell seems to be doing the job required. As far as transfers and sell on clauses and balance sheets. (Which you believe is a problem)??? It's the reason he is being touted by clubs in the EPL. But you go on with your narrative on all things Celtic PLC as you seem to believe you know more than the next paying customer.

    Because I asked you prove your assumptions and that makes me argumentative. :56:

    Of course hes required, this is on the basis of balancing the books for the PLC its not getting the maximum out of the Club, the signing policy isn't flexible enough, we are limiting our ambition to £3m targets for remuneration purposes (I mean, im not against getting young players, I think we should be pushing the boat out when the money is there), I don't at all, I read the PLC accounts and go with the Boards and Managers quotes.

    Hypothetically, to be honest, mate. What has he done outside clear debt? Nothing. He would be ideally a candidate for clearing debt IF we had any but other than that he hasn't got anything to bring to the Fan ownership.

    I doubt very much he’d want to be employed under fan ownership though.

    I’m not saying the board is perfect either btw or Lawwell especially, they * up with Lenny and Ronny in terms of recruiting players. They have a lot to prove over the this and the next transfer window.

    In terms of the club as whole though its running great and in the long term we are rock solid, exactly the way we should be run. If aint broke don’t fix it, fan ownership is a long way off. It’s something I’m interested in as well but not at this point in time when we are still expanding as a club it’s just not logical.

    I just make the point that just because we are fan owned doesn’t mean that we still couldn’t have brilliant people running our club..

    We could have an elected President type system that the likes of Barca have for example...

    I agree that it is some way off and at the moment but in the longterm it’s a goal for many Ordinary Shareholders..

    I think we are guilty of underestimating ourselves and selling ourselves short as fanbase, Celtic Football Club is the fans and what better group of people could be trusted in doing what’s best for the club. It’s like the Scottish independence debate for me, I trust Scots to the best for their own country rather than any outsider..

    I don’t subscribe to the fact we couldn’t be dispassionate in making tough decisions as I say we could still employ the best of the best to work for our amazing club.

    DD won’t be around forever and he and the PLC have already agreed to make more shares available to fans.
