They can spend all they want... point is its fools gold theyre spending.........
Lot of people making statement,s like your regarding their finances and to be honest i cant say if there true or not,but i have seen the financial statement for my management co and couldnt make head nor tail of it so if someone has seen their accounts and understand them then fair balls to them.
Regarding their financial situation i home your correct, but look a league win is worth around 3 mil+ surely that cant be all thats between them and bust?if that was the case then surely an agent of any player would advice against his player going there?
Can i ask you do you think (giving the situation you say their in)they will bring in a decent player this year?not looking for an argument im just curious.
I haven't seen any meltdowns about this signing. I'm not too bothered about who they sign. I just don't really believe all the stuff about the Huns being about to go bust.
Nobody should be bothered about the signings they are making in the slightest.
We have spent £10m+ on 2 * players and plan on spending even more, anybody who is worried or bothered needs their head checked.
That Helander’s a good signing for them. They’ve done decent business and they will be better than last year. I just think we will keep our distance from them, new players, new manager, new fresh set up...
Ye,they might finish just 8 points behind this year
See this is where I think we're in danger of kidding ourselves on. I don't feel threatened by them in any way with Lenny at the helm but let's be honest here we have spent far less and dug out gems! It will come down to more than the value of the opposition imo
If theyre * lucky !!!!!!
We shouldn’t worry about them in terms of us vs them.
But, they play the other teams in the league 34 from 38 games and they look to have a squad that’s capable of accumulating a decent amount of points in those 34 games.
Think our games vs them will be a big factor this season.
I'm not saying we shouldn't take an interest, because we should. However people are literally panicking when they make a signing, its a total knee * reaction.
They would rather go out of business again than see us win the 10. They’ll go all out.
They’ll be auctioning that * blue bike off next year.
This is the last throw of the dice for squinty and slippy.
I said it yesterday about fat Jabba and how good a job he is doing by manipulating his employees at Level 5 to report bullshit and propaganda. Even now we have posters come on here and call * on financial irregularities or problems within and seem to think they are healthy enough.
One of the most striking proofs of the personal existence of Satan, which our times afford us, is found in the fact, that he has so influenced the minds of multitudes in reference to his existence and doings, as to make them believe that he does not exist.
Any big buy is a combination of needing to appear ‘big’ and the ever increasing desperation to stop us doing 9 and 10...
I hope they spend cash they don’t have on several expensive players..
And * more millions away on unsustainable wages..
It will all push their whole operation to the edge...
Seeing us get to 9 will tip them over.
I can’t wait for it to happen!
I don't see anyone calling * on anything. It's merely questioning if people on a forum are as in the know as they make out. If some were to believed, they should have gone under years ago.
Interesting to see who the huns will get in 2nd rd of Europa. Progres or Cork.
Well one thing is for sure we have more £ than them and are in another dimension in fiscal terms......
This is Europa prize money
UEFA Europa League – champions and main paths
Each club participating in the qualifying rounds will receive the following amounts per round played:
• preliminary round – €220,000
• first qualifying round – €240,000
• second qualifying round – €260,000
• third qualifying round – €280,000
• play-offs – €300,000 (eliminated clubs only). No solidarity payment will be made to the winners of this round. However, they will retain the payments received for the preliminary, first, second and third qualifying rounds, as applicable.
So far they have got €240,000 (£215,000) as i doubt their first leg result will be overturned.
Doesnt the prize money get paid the following june. That means they just got a load of cash from season tickets and Europa. Explains where the cash is from. Also doesnt explain how the wages will get paid come Christmas
Season tickets and Europa....Plus their 4 friendlies
