    So far, it hasn't suggested that. It's more about the problems men have with their emotions, the expected societal standards of masculinity and the problems with that.

    I put pressure on myself by following motivational fitness blogs/accounts etc. Started when I picked up my first Men’s Health magazine at about 14. I’m vain as * tbf but would prefer to pay less attention to how I look.

    I recently realised that I felt the most self worth, when I felt like I was one of the best football players in my year, at school. Such a miniscule, daft thing to care so much about, tbh.

    Watched a video on Facebook the other day from them about “Britain’s steroid epidemic”

    Meanwhile plastering front covers with guys that are full to the * of gear and headlines like “add 5kg of muscle in 12 weeks with our super workout program”
