Haribos and Irn Bru/Moster - sugar overload basically and the Haribos will keep you producing saliva.
Bananas - full of potassium which helps the body break down alcohol.
And some heavy food - fry up with lots of bread. Or bacon/sausage sandwich etc
Avoid milk - so take your tea/coffee black.

Decided to be sensible rather than put off the hangover until tomorow. Mate left the car at the pub so go pick it up, mcds & home to my own bed & cuddle my pillow till i feel better :smiley-laughing002: maybe give this sober life thing a bash cause i cant handle the day after clearly :smiley-laughing002:

Had a bad one last week, only way I recover is by being sick, once you've done that then the feeling that thats going to happen goes away then you can eat and drink. I always drink ribena or powerade and eat mcdonalds/subway then go back to sleep emerge 2/3 hours later a lot better.

I usually get up and have a shower then get something to eat. I feel worse if I lie in bed all day with the room spinning.

Honestly, if you're hangover is that bad then theres no cure really. I'll lug back 9 pints of water and eat a chinese on the Sunday and still wake up feeling like * on the monday.
