    This. I haven't had a worse hangover in my life. Heavy drinking two nights in a row is not a good idea and I'm going to Magaluf for a week this summer. I'm going to * die

    Good munch and even though ye feel like *, get oot for a walk, round the shop or witever. Fresh air, water, and a good munch always helps.

    A was rough as * yesterday and that's exastly wot a had:smiley-laughing002:

    A do drink juice but had a heavy notion for Irn Brus so got two glass bottles and 3 bacon/cheese way bbq sauce subs. <-- Only a pound for a 6inch

    Someone spilled a full pint over me aswell last night & the smell of it is make me want to commit! Its getting worse. These suggestions are not bad but im too feart to move so someone do the mcds run eh ...

    Seriously, the best cure is to go back on it, start with a slow pint of Guinness, take about an hour to drink it, then have another one, after that you have a decision to make, but your hangover will have gone after two pints.
