How did you get on at the AGM?

It was another fantastic day out other than Deaf Havana being *. They were as dull as dishwater.

Best overall and considering value for money is probably Tyskie.

Big fan of Karlovačko, it's really refreshing but strong too at 5.4%, can't get it outside the balkans seemingly which is a * ballache.

Not jealous at all. Would love to go back to Croatia. Pretty sure it was about 50p for a 2 litre bottle of that beer in the shop. Class

Had a great weekend. Got the train up on the Friday afternoon so had a few Hazy Jane on the way and spent the afternoon and night in Castlegate.

AGM day it's self was a good laugh though some stuff was a bit rubbish...

Cloudwaters DDH Pale was sold out way too quickly. Shame as that stuff was tremendous.
    Buxtons NEIPA was only alright.

Pretty much any DDH or NEIPA were sold out really early on. This is obviously the stuff everyone likes, so a bit weird that they were under-stocked.

Hocus Pocus (the sour stout) at O/W's was on the board as saying live at 8pm. However, queued up to try this stuff and the wee ginger guy on the bar shouts that it's now sold out (this was at half 7). So i spoke to him and he says "It sold out in half an hour." So i point to the live date on the board and he responds "Aw James said it was to go live at four...everyone knew that". Firstly, The queue was * off cos they obviously missed the memo as well. Secondly, How can it sell out in half an hour at Half 7 if it went live at 4pm? Load of pish.

Really enjoyed Fatherson as i've not really listened to them before. Lucia was horrendous and Idlewild were a bit meh, but we patched half that show to go back to the Castlegate and catch some of the Bearded Iris showcases on the taps.

The run back to Glasgow was rough yesterday...

I was quite disappointed with Buxton's effort. I heard their tasting session was also a joke as the brewer was wrecked.

It wouldn't be Brewdog if they didn't * up communication. They just can't do a release without doing something wrong. I watched some of the business talk on YouTube and knew it was a 4pm launch for Hocus Pocus. It did catch people out who had paid attention to find it was originally an 8pm launch. It was good, but not the amazing beer James keeps telling the world it is.

Fatherson were good. They were noticeably louder than the other bands. I'm told they missed out a few of their bigger songs that they'd usually do.

I would say roll on next year, but if the European AGM ends up a good event I might try that out.

Ah *, that'll make sense. We didnt get to the AGM for 2pm so we missed the reveals - albeit everyone already knew about Berlin and EFP6 (just having a look at the reinvestment perks are just now).

I'm not putting anything else in. I'm happy with my maximum discounts and AGM invites.

I don't agree with the minimum investment levels at all now. They had to add the second day of the AGM this year to handle demand.

Dropping the minimum investment so low is just going to attract so many people who solely want access to the AGM. £25 for two people to get to the AGM for one year is a bargain on its own. You would pay £12.50 per ticket to see bands low down the line up.

My fear is it'll easily fill the new exhibition centre on both days and it will end up more music fans than a beer festival. It will come the point regular Brewdog supporters will miss out to £25 punts that couldn't care less.

Had my first Duvel the other night. Been meaning to try it for ages. Really nice. Similar to Leffe, but a bit stronger and less sickly.
