    Just follow the money!

Defense co's are a major link in the chain, share holders make billions through arms contracts and wars.

These people push British foreign policy, and there's a reason Britain has never not been at war, and that there has always been wars to make profits and plunder.

Britain is like the planets arsonist, but most of its citizens seem to bury there head in the sand or go along with the media narrative of blaming every other *.

You're rambling and making absolutely no point regarding what I'm saying. I'm not even arguing with you, you're just preaching. If you're blaming our defence companies you're mad. As I said, * rolls downhill.

They make the arms. Sell them to dictators and dodgy goverments. Who arm militias and tribal/religious fanatics. Who kill anyone they don't like.

Because attacks on politicians are an attack on the political order. Think of all the revolutions and political turmoils in history. Prior to almost all these there were was a spike in assassination attempts on politicians and leaders. They are per-cursors to bigger more destructive problems.

It might be that Jo * and the attack on Westminster are completely unrelated and stand alone as act of hate, in that case I'm reading to much into things and drawing conclusions that are not there. On the other hand, they could be seen as part of a broader discontent with the current system.

Governments actually put contracts in with the company's to make the weapons. The companies don't just build them then auction them off, the MoD requests them. Then other governments come in and request more on the back of that. Again, our defence companies are not the source of the problem, governments are.

Not sure what "arms" BAE, Boeing and Lockheed are making and selling to "militias and tribal/religious fanatics". Could you tell me?

These are the people who pass the laws that send us into wars far from home, while they pick up their six figure wage and keep their own kids far away from the frontline.

They are an understandable target, far more than a random member of the public.

Excuse my ignorance here, was the policeman armed or not, i assume he was wearing a stab proof vest, also why wasn't the killer shot the minute he entered the gates brandishing a knife ?

Panic ensured following the incident after three people were killed and more than 50 injured after terrorist Adrian Ajao hit them with a car on Wednesday outside Parliament.

A spokesman for the Met said: "Police were called at approximately 22:55hrs on Saturday, 25 March to reports of a car in collision with a number of people in Essex Road, N1.

"Officers and London Ambulance Service attended the scene; initial reports state four people are suffering injuries - their condition awaits.

"The occupants decamped from the car and fled the scene on foot. One male has been arrested; enquiries continue. While enquiries into the circumstances continue, this is not being treated as terrorist related. Officers from Islington investigate."

Can't do links, but the answers can be found at www.caat.org.uk
But I do remember that * mark thatcher and the * he got up to. Who profited from his dodgy deals. Him, the arms companies and the government. So they are all in togather. So to state that arms companies are blameless as they are just producers, is wrong.
How many times have these companies been through courts and paid hundreds of millions in fines to avoid the cases being heard.
Another thing. Let's say I was a hunter and had a few guns. If i wanted to sell one should i just sell to the highest bidder, or do I have a legal and or moral obligation as to where, and in who's hands the gun ends up in.

I never said they were blameless, I said they weren't the source of the problem. Basically your initial post sarcastically thanking the defence companies was misguided and the fingers should be pointed elsewhere.
